Disappointed Tenant

As an honest tenant I stayed in a townhouse for 2 years in Musgrave under a property managed by Tyson Property's. The condition of the place was well below average and had been requested to the landlord to sort it out. Obviously the great COVID excuse was used to find a contractor yet I could find one in a heartbeat ready to work. Near the end of my second term of the lease agreement things really started to break and be a hazard to my family without any of it being rectified before I moved out. I am just disgraced by the management of Tyson as a real estate agency in the fact that they take on properties without keeping the landlords in check. The tenants are always the first to be scrutinized and demoralised before looking at the landlords and vetting them. It seems as long as the landlords or owners of the property are bringing in bucks for them as management, then they don't care further on the actual state of the property. Tyson Property's need to take pride in their work as until then I wouldn't give any further property's managed by them a second look.
