Unpleasant experience from Tyres and More Pinetown

Last year on August 2017 I fitted my brakes for the first time at tyres and more Pinetown, Durban KZN. I was not pleased with the work. The breaks would squeak and rattle on bumps when i depressed the brakes from day one of fitting them. I would return to tyres and more and they would tell me that it might be fine stones stuck between the pads and disk. If I’m not mistaken on my third return to them regarding the same issue they removed the wheels to check and said there was a loose bolt making the rattle.

December 2018 i decided to take my car to HI-Q tyres to do my brakes as I was not pleased with Tyres and More. Upon fitting the brakes the mechanic told me that the *****s for the hubs are worn out and the bolt was not tightening and that was causing the rattle. I then had to pay an engineer to come and fix the problem. He charged me R300 for that.

I am angry and dissatisfied with the service I received from Tyres and more. I called them immediately after the mechanic picked up the issue as Tyres and more were also to touch my car. The mechanic explained the issue and they told me that they will get back to me i want Tyres and more to pay me my money as I did not create or cause the issue.

Since that day they have not gotten back to me. I called Tyres and More pinetown on Wednesday this week, they told me that the manager will call me on Thursday and they have not till today. Please assist.
