Excellent Service!
I required new shock absorbers fitted to my VW Golf and went to Tyres & More Southgate for a quote. I was met by Daniel the sales manager. He listerned to my request and gave me a very reasonable quote He said the fitment could be completed while I wait. The technician started fitting the shocks he found that the front shocks were ajustable which were difficult to source.At the same time the technician found that my front brake pads needed replacing. Daniel quoted me on the pads, again reasonable. He explained to me that he could change the springs to accomodate the standard shocks or he would prefere to source the origional shocks to stay within the quote. I agreed. 2 Days later Daniel called me and stated he had the shocks. the following day the fittment was completed within the price quoted. While I waited I noticed how pleasant, courtious and friendly all of the staff were to all the customers and I received my car back fully satisfied. Even a missing valve cap that was lost by a petrol attendant was replaced and my tyres had been siliconed. It's this attention to detail that makes Tyres & More Southgate a cut above the rest! I will recomend them to anyone I know requiring their services. Michael Cunniffe
