Terrible After-Sales Care: A Complete Nightmare

I wish this platform allowed the public to rate ZERO STARS! Not only did we fit our tyres at TYREMART EDENVALE, but we trusted them and went back a couple of days later to have our brake discs schemed and new brake pads fitted... were so impressed with the service we got when we fitted our tyres that we went back. 2 months later, we noticed that we needed to replace the brake pads AGAIN! 20 000km on brand-new ATE brake pads, and they refuse to replace them. We took matters into our own hands because it is our only transport and we needed to see to the problem. R2500 later we had to replace the brake discs and brake pads, and TYREMART is telling us that they only scheme THE FRONT OF THE BRAKE DISC, what B*ll**** is that!!!! how do you only scheme the front of a a brake disc, the right hand side brake disc is so badly damaged at the back, I don't even think that it would be possible to scheme it and fix it! I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE FULL RECEIPT of the service paid for on May 8th 2024! It is unfair that you expect me to pay for new brake pads to be fitted and complete F*ck up again what we now had to replace.

DO NOT TRUST THEM TO DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN FITTING A DAMN TYRE ON YOUR VEHICLE!!!!! WORST AFTER-SALE CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS! ONCE YOU PAID YOU ARE NOTHING TO THEM, JUST ANOTHER FOOL THAT THEY CAN TAKE FOR A RIDE!
