Poor service Tyremart Edenvale
I visited Tyremart Edenvale on 21 March 2026 and had a frustrating experience. I paid for wheel alignment and a new tyre at 10:48am, but an hour later, I had not been assisted. I witnessed two other customers being helped before me. A third customer received assistance by the time I approached the service advisor, Durant, who seemed more focused on deflecting blame to the workshop staff rather than accepting responsibility. I believe it is his responsibility to ensure customers are attended to promptly and that the service is carried out as paid for. I requested a refund, but was informed that it could only be processed 5 days later, on 26 March 2026. I find it unfair that I paid in full upfront but am expected to wait several days for a refund.
