Zero rating for poor systems in place our money is not in a safe place !

I soo regret why I'm still using this bank , every second month seems to be a system glitch that finds a way to embarrass us , I sent myself a cashmoney voucher yesterday as I did not have my card with me , voucher did not go through as the Tymebank system was down at Pick and Pay Bryanston , I had to walk back to work to borrow taxy fare whereas I had a R300 I sent myself ... I will be moving my business to a more competitive bank as the service you give us is extremely poor and very disappointing
