Zero help from consultants

I have never been so disappointed. I tried to withdraw money from an ATM and the machine swallowed my card and no money came out of the machine. Only a slip with an error code 43 came out and I later received a zero balance notification from the bank. 1 of your agents called me and told me there won't be able to help me I must just go open a case. What kind of bank does that??? I want my money back
