YOU'RE USING A USELESS COURIER COMPANY!!!

Tymebank please take your card back from CCD Couriers, I no longer want it. They've had it for longer than a month and don't seem to be bothered by that fact.

I've begged them for weeks now to deliver it, they always make empty promises then try to pin the matter on the recipient for not delivering.

I also informed them that I work underground and thus only available after a specific hour, I repeatedly asked them to deliver on Saturday to ensure that I'm available, they refused.

On Wednesday 21st I informed them that I would be home on Monday 26th, so they should make sure to deliver on that day, they agreed and promised delivery between 08:00 and 12:00. Needless to say, I waited to no avail. At 14:35 I received a text notification that they tried calling at that specific moment, hours after the scheduled time frame. I then had to call them around 4pm to find out why I didn't receive my package, they then started by saying the delivery couldn't be made, then turned around and said "the driver took a picture of a brown and white tower" because he didn't find me (there's not even a single tower where I stay). I then said I would compromise and avail myself again the following day just to receive the delivery, but then the consultant refused and told me that they could only slot me in for Thursday (which I will be at work on). Then today another consultant calls me and tells me that they can only arrange for Monday.

This seems to be their modus operandi since almost everyone expecting a delivery from them has had exactly the same experience as mine.

Please take some time and read their reviews on this platform. Taking money from their clients but not delivering to the expectant recipients seems to be their way of doing business. If you continue using them then you will lose many more potential customers.

As for me, I AM OUT!!! TAKE YOUR CARD BACK AND CLOSE ANY AND EVERY ACCOUNT THAT I MAY HAVE WITH YOU!!!
