Your money of personal information is NOT safe with Tymebank

Please becareful when banking with Tymebank, your personal information and your money is NOT safe!!! I received a call from "Tymebank" and the person I spoke to confirmed all my personal information including, my full name, ID number, bank card number and when and what was my last transaction - then proceeded to ***** R3500 out of my account. Tymebank is taking no responsibility - how did this person have ALL my Tymebank information. I immediately called Tymebank to confirm this person and was then told it is *****, if they had reversed the transactions immediately it might have saved my money, but 9 days later of course that person has used it!!!! Tymebank is an absolute joke. I was told they have a backlog of ***** cases.....go figure!!

And your consultants are inexperienced and pathetic, I called 3 times, had to give all my information and then get cut off, to repeat the process 3 times, 3rd time I held on for more than 20 minutes, the consultant then gave me the wrong person's case information (and yes this is the ***** department giving out someone else's information - hence you have so much *****). I was told she will call me right back, what a lie!!! WORST BANK IN THE WORLD!!!! Clearly shows by your pathetic rating.

For what?? I am still waiting for ***** department to contact me, how can you close a case and reject it without even investigating it properly, I want to know how was my information compromised and how did the "*****ster" know ALL my personal information including bank card number, ID number, when my last transaction was, etc..... can only be an inside job!!! Plus after i contacted Tyme Bank and my account was supposedly deactivated more money was taken out.....HOW??
