You blocked my account for no reason

Good day You guys have suddenly blocked my account for receiving mere 10000. And I've been in a call centre, your sending me from pillar to post. I'm trying to call in and you do what, you said I must go and verify at the kiosk which I went and they said they can't. I need to courier people's order and all my money is with you, how do I move forward? Please explain. I don't even have a cent to call you again, you promised to call me back within 24 hours and I've been waiting, do you know how frustrating it is
