Wrong transaction

I recently made a transfer from Tyme bank to fnb. I phoned Tyme bank for a reversal and they said it should take about 7 working days. When i phone n do a follow-up different agent gives me a different story. They said R150 would be dedicated on my Tyme bank account which was done but now they are telling me its I have to wait another 7 working days for the reversal.. in total its 14 working days which i was not told from the beginning. What is so hard about communicating with Fnb for my money
