Wrong address

You apply at a machine at stores than you get your statement with a wrong address than told to go find a correct proof of address in order for them to change it for you like why are they problems ours because I put in the correct address and what happened I really don’t know. Why don’t they have a place where we can go because even going to Pick ‘n Pay is as useless
