Worstest service and zer0 professionalism

Worse bank ever ***** is not taken serious, they don't value POPIACT I laid a complain was since advised to receive a call, only recieved a call from the agent who was very rude and unprofessional for a round 2 of his unprofessional behavior on his personal call telling me that he listened to our call and doesnt see anything wrong with the service provded

***** department on the other hand did call me at all

My advice from everyone refrain using this bank if an agent can call to resolve a query on a personal call to avoid being recorded they can as well as ***** us still busy doing applications with a more professional bank as for this one thank you for poor service and not attending to the ***** case that I report a week bank don't recommend you are giving flyby night hence most FSPs reject us for using this bank I never understood well it makes sense now
