Worst service received/ Worst bank

I have been trying to close my late brother's account with this so called bank and I reach a dead end every time. I call every other week to be told my case number has been canceled due to no documents attached then only to be put on hold for 10 minutes to be told they have found my documents yet still no luck in closing the account Can someone please advise
