WORST SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!

I purchased Airtime on the 26/10/2020 to the Value of R250 and I received an Sms that the Money left my account, But never Received the Airtime Till today. I called the Number that is noted for disputes on the Transaction and Only to be told to call my Service Provider, yet the Transaction was done through my BANK! I spoke to Lehlogonolo who in fact logged an incorrect case by saying it was a Transaction for R100. Called again and spoke to TK who then transferred me and Held on the Line for over 5 minutes!!!!!!!WHAT KIND OF SHOP ARE YOU RUNNING THERE!!!I am close to cancelling my account due to this and it seems no one Cares!!! All the People I have referred will get to Hear about this Terrible Service!!!! I want the money BANK IN MY ACCOUNT!!!!! AS THERE WAS NO SERVICE RENDERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
