Worst service from tymebank

Firstly they didn't mention that there are some online stores that don't accept tymebank. And I wasn't told about that until I called in.. secondly it's been 3 days since I couldn't take out money from my account..I called but they **** to me saying that by somewhere around 3pm today my account will be ohk, and that was the second time I called in.. how can they hold my own money... I'm a sales person who needs to be at work everyday... I need money for food, lunch and essentials... I'm very unhappy... Communication is key.. not even a SMS stating that they apologies... Nothing
