Worst Service from TymeBank

I made an online purchase in August 2020 using my TymeBank account, the purchase never reflected, I called them a number of times, I was told the process will take 5 days to be resolved, to date I'm still waiting for my R54.00. My calls to resolve this problem have cost me way over R200.00 in airtime and data.
