worst service ever

I am so frustrated about the service i received froM time bank, i called them about 6 times on surtaday the 24th trying to sort out the EFT i wrongly transferred from my tyme bank account to AFRICAN BANK CREDIT CARD, i was transferred from one department to the next, one of the consultant hanged up on me while i was still talking, later on around 12pm the call was logged and was told that the matter will be resolved between 3-5 working days, i was today to check the process of the application was told it will take 10 working days, what is this its money we are talking about, why are you doing this?
