WORST SERVICE AND SECURITY CONCERN!!

i am utterly disgusted with the service i am receiving..logged a case regarding a refund from bookings.com, on the app it clearly showed that the refund was done on the 29th of September and it went out again on the 30th of Sept. in the morning... this firstly is concerning because to me it reads "security breach" how does money go into my account and then goes out again the next morning..who gave authority for this to happen??

as if this is not enough - logged a case and was to be given feedback WITHIN 5 working days - to date nothing from this bank!!!!! i have been calling only to be told that my matter wil be escalated, still NOTHING HAS BEEN SAID TO ME NOR HAVE NOT RECEIVED FEEDBACK. I have even gotten to an extend of calling Bookings.com myself in which they have confirmed that the refund has been done back to the bank, and the error is not on their end.

You have one employee with a bad attitude, not even trying to assist by calling the back end office to find out if there is any feedback, instead she feels the need to tell me what she thinks, and in actual fact i have not asked for her piece of thoughts - Lungelo - your service left a whole lot to be desired for...

I WANT THIS ISSUE SORTED ASAP - I HAVE BEEN PATIENT ENOUGH.
