WORST SERVICE

TYME BANK service is honestly the worst. I don't review usually but today I felt I had to. My business account has been frozen due to suspicious transactions happening. I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE 4 TIMES BEFORE I WAS ASSISTED. having tried to reach them on all their other platforms.

I am however thankful to their Agent Dipuo the last call who was patient enough to listen and try to assist. She at least provided a case number and indicated the issue will be resolved within 48 hrs.

Will never recommend TYME BANK.
