Worst online bank in history

This has to be the worst bank ever. I can’t save proof of payments as pdfs but it saves them as images. I tried getting my refund from a an FSP provider and they want a pdf proof of payment and I can’t even get that on my app. I tried emailing the proof of payment to myself and it still sends it as a photo. I converted the photo to pdf but they want the pdf from the banking app. I have to switch banks before the month ends because I can’t trust them with my income and debit orders
