Worst experience with tymebank

Worst experience with tymebank,they are unprofessional. I sent an affidavit to unlock my account and they didn't respond it's like they don't even read emails, I call them almost every day and I stay on the line for more than 30 minutes and the call would just end the last time my call was answered and the consultant was very rude,I even think that they ate my money that why they don't take my case very seriously,
