Worst experience with TymeBank

This is worst bank I have ever banked with in my entire life. I strongly do not recommend people to open accounts with this bank. So, these tymebank people blocked my personal banking account without informing me. I only discovered this yesterday evening at 6pm while I was at a pay point inside Spar. My personal account has funds available and when I tapped and swiped for the purchase of my goods the TymeBank card declined. Instantly I received an sms on my mobile stating that I need to call one of their agents to unblock my account. Subsequent to that I called these TymeBank people with my own airtime as their call centre is not free and enquired why I cant transact with my debit card as I have funds in my account. I was told that my debit is placed on hold, something I only learnt while on a call with them, I expressed my disappointment to them, I was also told that they are working on uplifting the hold on my personal account. Now it is almost 24 hours since I spoke to them. I am greatly disappointed with their unprofessional service and I am certain that I will close this account. I am mean this is my hard earned money that I cant even access. These people are a great hand of inconvenience and to sum it up this bank does not do immediate bank transfers to major bank like Standard Bank, Absa, Fnb.
