Worst experience ever with Tymebank

Worst experience ever with Tymebank. My advice do not open a bank account with a digital bank that doesn't have a branch. They keeping trying to debit their personal loan amount before my payment date and this is creating interest of around about one thousand something. Called the call center,so unprofessional and they can't assist called again this morning they cut my call. I think I must take them financial services ombudsman.
