Worst customer service Tymebank us *****ing our money!

*****alant activity was happening in my account tyme bank opened the case I received a case number it's 3 months with no update on the case progress, I keep phoning but no one calls me back Hleziphi Ngebeni is working on this case. She never calls back even if I call and ask to soeak to her she tells the consultants she will call back but nothing. Tymebank I just want my money back please!!!!
