Worst customer service experience ever

Hi there it's been almost 4 months and a query I have with tymebank has not been resolved I've called multiple times I spoken to a few people but nothing I always get told they are working on it and they will get back to me But never do

Also I've been given references which were related to basic general information not my actual query
