Worst customer service

I withdraw some money at Nedbank with my tyme bank credit card and money didn't come out at the ATM and I withdraw the 2nd time it came out and I was charged twice and iv been calling them they are sending me from pilllar to post and iv already spoken to 10 call centre agent even filled a dispute form till today no help at all.im really disappointed with their service.they promised to call me back even today no one bothered to call.
