Worst Banking services and customer care ever

For the second time in two months my account has been put on debit hold, no one at Tymebank seem to know who did it and everyone keeps promising to get back to me. I can not access the funds in the account and there is no explanation or update on progress. This is by far the worst banking services I have experienced
