Worst banking experience TymeBank
Worst Bank NO CUSTOMER service at all Customer care sucks agents are rude and impatient Requested to be called numerous times after my phone got ****** and I got locked out of my Google accounts. I've requested Tymebank to place a stop order on payments coming from the account but yet no stop order in place and the money has already been debited money I don't have over R500 off my account. This bank has alot of potential but if they carry on with the no care attitude displayed towards customers this bank won't take long for it to vanish

10 Jan 2025, 09:32It's really frustrating when the help is required from ur bank they can straight out tell u that there is nothing they can do about it so I ask myself why am I banking and paying for a service with a bank that clearly cannot service my needs as a client when it arises I have phone the ombudsman and I am going to be sending them a email outlining everything Tymebank is currently my biggest regret for 2025 because trust me all I'm doing with this bank is loosing money and frustrating myself
