Worst banking experience ever

The worst banking experience I have come across. Had my account paused for over a year now with no-one seemingly able to assist. All I want to do is move my funds and close my account but no-one is able to do this. Absolutely ridiculous and they don't seem to care at all. In the increasingly competitive market, they are going to come very short.
