Worst bank tyme bank

Worst experience with tyme bank I misplaced my card on the 15 June 2024 on the 16th of June I saw two amounts were being deducted in the morning that's when I realized my card was missing so I contacted the bank straight away, so I requested tyme bank pays me back as I didn't know that my card had a tap option and I have never tapped my card ever before, then I questioned the bank asking where these transactions were made the bank couldn't give me answer they declined my case the most unreliable bank to think my salary goes there I will cancel any relationship I have and still want my refund in dissapointed don't store money In tyme bank.
