worst bank to start up an account

its been a month since i started to try and open an account. everything is registered after a week when i try to log on it say busy verify after 3 weeks go t 3 different kiosks just to tell my they still busy with verification .how does i take a month to do that, waisted enough time and money to get a account will get a saving account at capitec... and don't try to phone call center you wait till it gets dropped
