Worst bank I've ever experienced 😪
Worst experience of my life..
I made about 7 calls to the call center requesting to be transferred to the loan dept.After holding the line for more than 20min each time..The loan dept didn't answer. Eventually on my 7th call after holding for 24 min They told me that the debit order mandate is invalid on their side(which showed approved on my side) and therefore I have to wait for 7days amd then re apply.Other than that..they cannot assist me.What kind of a bank is this...I'm disgusted 😑. I'm even worried about being debited for a loan that I never received.
