Worst bank ever! tymebank

About two weeks ago I went to with draw money at a Absa ATM from my tymebank account....the teller only gave me half my money and swallowed the rest we immediately called Tymebank and they assured me that by the 10nth it will be sorted....we called them on the 10nth just to be told we will have to wait till January then hopefully it will be sorted!!!this is unacceptable!!!I need my money back ASAP tymebank!!!
