Worst bank ever, disaster, I hate this bank Every time I send my daughter money using her cell number it's either she does not receive the message with the voucher or they send her , a wrong used voucher , it is so frustrating, especially when she needs the money urgently.the current one, I sent her money on the 8 Oct it's the 14 today no money yet, I called the call centre, everyday, they keep sending her a wrong used voucher, I want my money, and the airtime i used to call the centre,thereafter,I no longer want to be part of this bank, any longer, I hate it, if anyone is willing to assist, my email adress; ***.
