Worst bank ever
I made an online purchase on July 7th money was deducted from my account but never received by the merchant. When i called the useless helpline i was told it will clear after 3 working days ever since i have been calling, sending emails and even attaching proof of non payment from the merchant all this has not helped me recoup my money. Very useless call center agents no knowledge at all. Just useless!!

04 Aug 2023, 21:26I was never assisted the consultants makes 1 feel as if they just want to get rid of you no effort to understand what the client's concern. I dont think they understand why they are there. I simply want my money refunded please.
