Worst bank ever

I transferred money using normal eft to settle my outstanding debt at the University on the 11th of April. Up until now the University has not received the money. I contacted tymebank and they took an additional fee of R160 to investigate and reverse the money. Today I received an SMS that states that my request to reverse the money into my account was unsuccessful. I lost my money and I still owe the University. I wouldn't advise anyone to bank with tymebank.
