Worst Bank Ever
Hi I bought and swiped my card today 29/10/2022 at Pick & Pay. Total R400.96 card was declined and didn't receive the goods...Nor was the money returned to my account. System offline this is month end and unexpectabl. Yet not the first time...no notification was received.
Utterly poor service and would not suggest this bank. Rather pay a bit more and get the service you deserve.
Ohhh and according to PEET WILLIAMS....if you Lucky the money would be returned within 48 or 24 hours...this is a Saturday meaning only Monday.
You go and take something from P&P and you'll get arrested for shoplifting...but I HAD TO LEAVE THE SHOP WITHOUT THE GOODS I PAID FOR..
SERIOUSLY.
