Worst bank ever

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from TymeBank. I’ve been trying to FICA my account since August, but every attempt has been met with failure. None of the kiosks I’ve visited work, and I’ve been unable to complete the process via the app on my phone.

I’ve called the helpline multiple times and logged countless complaints, yet the only response I ever get from the consultants is a vague apology. Meanwhile, there’s a block on my account, and I cannot access my own money.

This level of inefficiency and lack of resolution is completely unacceptable. TymeBank is, without a doubt, the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I would not recommend it to anyone.
