Worst Bank

Tymebank is a joke. On the 19th of October I tried purchasing electricity but the app gave me an error saying I couldn't make the purchase and 1 min later I tried again but got the same message. I gave up, made sure no money was deducted from my account and bought from another bank. Today after checking my account I saw both purchases went through. I called in and was told they are aware I received an error but the transaction can't be reversed even if the error is from their side. Tymebank will purposely make you receive errors so you can purchase again and again to take more money from you. I have recommended tymebank to family and friends but after this experience I won't be recommending it to anybody and rather tell them to avoid tymebank and go to another bank
