Worse service ever , No solutions nothing .
App**** for loan , approved and contract signed. Expected funds to be in my account only to call and be informed that tyme bank can’t send debit check mandate to Discovery bank. No communication or what so ever from tyme bank. When call am told to let the loan application expire but they can’t do anything about my loan application that was approved without the debit check mandate approval. They gave no solution or what so ever only to be informed that need to let the application expire. If only was informed in the beggining of my application would have went to other banks but I had to wait and took an emergency loan.

Please note that personal loan applications require a successful debit order mandate as part of the approval and disbur*****t process. At present, debit order mandates cannot be processed for accounts held with Discovery Bank or Investec, which unfortunately prevents us from proceeding with personal loan disbur*****ts in these instances.
As a result, the application is unable to progress and will expire automatically if the mandate cannot be completed. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
