Worse bank to resolve issues

I had a very bad experience with Tym bank , my bank account was hacked into and all my saving was taken . Worse part I called their customer care and they couldn’t assist me. Money was withdrawn they couldn’t tell me where it was withdrawn, online purchase was done didn’t get any notification about it and vouchers were bought also. Worse experience ever . How do I bank with them again . I need more explanation when it comes to what happen to my bank account. They told me they can’t give me information cause my account has been handed over to ***** department. What I know I want my money .
