Worse Bank Ever Tyme Bank

I Regret the Day i open a Account with this ******* Bank,i Had a Moretyme account, in December i made a Purchase of R4000, payed the R2000(50%) and i had to instalments of R1000 each to pay in Jan and Feb. Automatically payed the Jan Instalment on the 13th of Jan. on The 26th i called Tyme Bank, Spoke to a Lady Called Lilly Nthabiseng Sekwana, told her i would like to pay the Reminding balance in advance since i had Cash before February, she said ok then gave me Banking Details, Payed the R1000 sent Proof of payment, but till today they can not located my Payment and update my account. Been calling this bank since January 28th not even one Consultant is fit to help me. This Lilly lady is Ignoring my Emails now, when ever i call, shez always on Lunch and they tell me she will call me back and Never does. Now They saying they will hand over my Account to the Debt collector Attoneys, They just need to Return my R1000 or Update they account, and just close my account with this Mediocre Bank. Lilly Nthabiseng worse person to ever deal with, so ***********. I feel sorry for people using this bank honestly.
