Withdrawal ****

Yesterday I went to withdraw money and it just said technical error. When I got home I checked my balance and the money was out of my account. I called your call centre it was confirmed as a technical error and I should wait for the money. I shouldn't have to wait for what's mine. My four month old is out of formula I couldn't buy it thanks to money disappearing in my account. I can't let my son starve please refund my account.
