Why there is no ATMS!!!!!!!!!

wen to withdraw money on one of the Capitec ATMS at Eyethu mall and had to use 3 different machines because the first one was forever processing the withdrwal and suddenly the transaction was cancelled by the machine!! at the 2nd ATM the machined kicked my card and had to wait ton get the money but it was not dispensed, surprisingly on the 3rd machine i got the withdrawn amount, when I lodged the complaint after 32 days the complaint was declined as Tyme bank confirmed that the funds was dispensed from the machine .I'm sure iam not the first customer encountering this!!!!!!! Once I was at the mall when we passed by with my colleagues there was a sound another Capitec machine made, guess what????? !!!!! the machine was dispensing money without any person standing by it!!!!! Why is TYME bank not Having ATMS?????????? its not every day one ne can tolerate the queues at Picknpay to withdraw money!!!! this is ridiculous!!!
