Why cant I just close my account?
How do I get my TymeCard closed, getting the run around since Friday. I have emailed numerous times and phoned out more airtime than they deserve.....still I am sent from pillar to post. Paid settlement amount and then get told there is still an outstanding amount.....what do I need to do to get this account closed??

16 Nov 2022, 09:10Your credit card department was in contact with me on the 9th and still the account is not closed....Credit Card is showing "BLOCKED" since then. Yet interest and adjustments are still being charged and the account is not getting closed.
I just want the account closed...why the struggle? ....now I have spent hundreds of rands (cause I must phone from the number, which is a prepaid mobile number, registered to my account for security reasons and get stuck on hold or get transferred back and forth only to get cut off and start again)
Yet when you apply for credit - you are approved within 24HR and you phone to confirm details
