When you are de*****ed, you are on your own!

My bank account had been emptied by a *****ster. The sad thing here is that I never gave any information to anyone. I explained the entire situation to them and they told me that if they manage to trace the money, I would get it beck. As much as this whole situation is not the banks fault, it isn't mine either. I do not use my banking app in public or even connect to public WiFi because of the dangers. *****sters have become so clever that they don't even need anything from you to get into your sensitive information. In other words, your phone can be at home and you at work. Even if your phone is locked like mine was. I use my fingerprint to open all my apps. This was the first time in all the time I have been banking with this bank, that this sort of thing happened. I explained to them that I was at work and not even using my phone, I cannot use my phone when I am busy at work. I feel truly wronged by this bank. This was my last money for petrol, I now have to ask for lifts and borrow money so we can come by. I work long hours for my earnings, and now get sent from pillar to post to open cases get detailed affidavits, but I am the victim here. Tymebank, I trusted your services and was happy.
