One of their employees stole money from my account. They created a beneficiary with the same details as a beneficiary that I have.
I mistakenly transferred money to the pseudo account. I usually transfer money to my Discovery account so I didn’t think I had to check the account details this time around.
The bank hasn’t contacted me to give me feedback- it’s been 2 months weeks.
I can’t even delete the beneficiary they created because that function is only available to Android users.
There’s just ALWAYS something with TymeBank.
YOUR SAVINGS AND STOKVEL MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH TYMEBANK. Don’t wait to be a victim of a bank that does not care about its customers. TYMEBANK WILL NOT HELP YOU!
