WHAT GIVES TYME BANK THE RIGHT TO DECIDE WHERE MY PAYMENTS SHOULD GO???

Today I paid monies from my Tyme Bank account to my daughter's cellphone however, Tyme Bank decided, that because my daughter previously had a bank account with Tyme Bank, that they would put the monies in my daughter's DORMANT Tyme Bank account. I called Tyme Bank's call centre today and was told that if a payment is made to a person's cellphone who has a Tyme Bank account, then those finds will go into the bank account and NOT to the phone so the person who is expecting the 10 PIN code, does not receive it

I DID NOT give Tyme Bank permission to change where I pay my monies to and should Tyme Bank not rectify this within the next 24 hours, I WILL take the matter to the Banking Ombudsman.
