What Banking is this??

You don't even deserve this one star. Can I have my money back into my account. I made two payments of R1000 each into two separate accounts, capitec and fnb. The money has left my account, but it hasn't cleared in the other accounts. These payments where made on the 7th of June still nothing. Kindly return my money, so I can close this account and bank with an organization that knows their story.
